The Technical ~ Easy step in! Sheer overdress with a waist seam and self tie belt. Pearl button fastening at the neck and waist. Knee height ruffle at the hem extends to the train. Ruffle detailing down the front and back top. Measures 45 inches waist to hem at the front, train is 70 inches from waist to floor.
